Need the unit brought down to street level at delivery? Liftgate service is available for a $100 fee. Let us know when you order so we can arrange it.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or an international address? Contact us for a quote before ordering and we’ll get you an exact rate.

Handling & cut-off time

• Orders normally ship the same day they’re placed.
• Ordered before 1:00 PM Central → ships the same day.
• Ordered after 1:00 PM Central → ships the next business day.
• Transit time within the lower 48 is typically 1–5 business days.

Tracking your order

Every order gets a valid tracking number as soon as it’s picked up by the freight company — most ship via R&L Carriers. Track your shipment anytime at R&L Carriers order tracking.

Receiving & inspecting your delivery

Our carriers deliver in good condition about 99% of the time — but a quick inspection protects you on the rare exception:

• Check the unit for any shipping damage before you accept the delivery.
• If anything looks damaged, note it on the shipping documents before you sign.
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any damage.

Signing without noting visible damage can void damage claims with the freight carrier, so it’s worth the extra minute.
